This listing is for a brand new, women's Regency or Victorian period era hat.  It is made of lightly textured satin in a rich burgundy color.  It is trimmed with a thin burgundy and gold braid.  The brim is wide with a wire band to keep its shape.  there is a pleated band around the top.  The inside has 2 layers of matching lace that peak through.  The ties are nice and long. This hat was made from a historical pattern.
