This listing is for a brand new, women's Regency or Victorian period era hat.  It like a large beret made of pink and green taffeta fabric and completely lined.  There is band with an adjustable pull ribbon.  The hat has a feather accent that is optional and can be easily removed.  Also, there is a vintage pin sewn onto the band.  This hat was made from a historical pattern.
