White Feather Headdress

Description

Strikingly Beautiful White Feather Headdress. Leather detailed head band, skull cap,
no ties or anything to secure except the weight of the tail. Tail measures approximately
29" from the base of the cap.  Feathers are 12" long.  One feather has come loose.
Overall condition of this item shown in photos.  Found it on the bottom of a plastic garment
