    Description

    Black with gold highlights, this small top hat attaches with very thin metal headband that easily conceals in your hair.  Measurements approximately  4.00" inches across the top, 3.25" at base of pipe. The rim is 6.50" unfurled, with it furled is measures approximately 6.25" Height is approximately 4"

    Center front is pocket watch flanked on left by a teapot and teacup on beaded stick pins. It has a gold double band with a feather embellishment and a 10/6 price tag on the right side.
