This fancy hattie is a 3/4 hat..what does that mean? It's like a full size hat but it sits on top of your head like a mini hat so it's a one size fits all! YAY! It's held on by an elastic band that goes under your hair at the nape of your neck. Black woolen mini tricorn/pirate hat with black ostrich feathers, black cocarde with a large sparkly jewel center, dark red pleated trim with silver and black bows. Sooo pretty! This is a one of a kind hat as a lot of my hats are. The hat measures about 11"x10" wide. Check out my other items.
