Mini Cruella DeVille hat officially licensed by Disney bought in the parks. It is preowned, but I believe I have only worn it about twice. Most of the time it sat on my shelf. The structure of the hat is unbroken, no holes, tears, or any kind of damage. I do not believe that you can purchase the hats from the series any more and they weren't available for purchase for long. That being said I do not know the rarity of the item. It has a strap to put under the chin and two straps presumably to bobby pin into your hair. Would be super cute as a part of a costume/cosplay or as a shelf item.
