To remove the mount from the dish, pull it off exactly how you did with the kickstand, lift the tab and pull back, if using tool, stick the tool in and slide the dish out.

when pulling the mount off of a roof while mounted with magnets, be 100% sure to pull on the legs instead of the bridge across, pulling hard on the bridge might compromise the layer bonding of the part.
