What a great find! I wore this at a Dr. Who party in 2018, and it was a big hit. Perfect headdress for a 1920's  costume party, burlesque, sci-fi, Comicon, role play, LARP, etc.
Very nicely made, with lush iridescent black feathers and red sequin facade. There's a strong elastic strap in back to hold it in place. Not too heavy, but solid and substantial. Will hold up to multiple uses.
